General Yoga is a regular daily class, designed to cultivate the integration of body, mind and spirit. The charming blend of classical Hatha yoga and Iyengar Yoga approach brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. Through the holding of poses, proper alignment and mindful actions of the body can be found.

We finish our class with 20 minutes of guided relaxation, which helps us focus deepy within, into a state of complete inner calm and peace.
General Preparation for Class
+ It is not recommended to practice yoga on a full stomach
+ Eat a couple hours before class time
+ Wear comfortable and loose exercise clothing
+ Please observe basic hygiene when attending a yoga class.
+ Refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or scented oils during class
Beginner 1 Designed for students new to yoga or for those who desire a slower paced class. We will explore basic yoga postures with an overview of the foundations while emphasizing alignment and breath.
Beginner 2 Explore the basic posture and preparation to join an intermediate class.
Intermediate For the student wanting to explore a variety of postures including inversions, arm balances and deep back bending as well as pranayama and meditation. Please have a consistent practice with a working knowledge of alignment.
