A regular daily class with 2 different levels (Beginner and Intermediate), is designed to nurture the integration of mind, body, and soul. The charming blend of classical Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga approach brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to all class participants. We finish our class with 20 minutes of guided relaxation, which helps you to become aware of self, focus deeply within, into a complete state of inner peace and calm.
