Balance Mind Body Soul is a yoga studio and wellness center founded by Amalina TH, E-RYT, YACEP in 2001, nestled in the bustling heart of Yogyakarta. With more than 17 years of experience, Balance Mind Body Soul offers various yoga classes, workshops, retreats, life-changing yoga teacher trainings, therapies, and emotional healing programs to accommodate every need and improve your quality of life.
Each of our classes is carefully designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul, with emphasis on proper alignment and posture. We keep our classes small and personal (only 15 students) so that our instructors can focus on the individual needs of all class participants.
Our instructors are all certified with a minimum of 200 hours of training accredited by Yoga Alliance International. With professional experience and dedication, our instructors ensure safe and relaxing atmosphere, and also provide in-depth understanding of asanas, importance, benefits, and effects of every posture.
Balance Yoga Jogja School is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance International. Our 200-Hour Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program is internationally accredited and follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Graduates of our program who complete a verified training may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
