I was introduced to Balance Yoga by a friend of mine in Yogyakarta. I went to one yoga session and then immediately signed up to be a member. It is a very warm and welcoming place and the yoga instructors are not only very knowledgeable, they are very concerned about the whole-body wellness of the people whoe come to their sessions. It is a very friendly atmosphere, a good place for meditation, and also a massage (I got the green tea scrub massage...!). The yoga sessions are also excellent - there is something for everyone; beginners can feel comfortable trying something new, and advanced yoga practicioners can still feel challanged. Balance Yoga is a wonderful place, I highly recommend it...!

I joined Balance Studio in early 2004 and have made a point of studying yoga with Lina and Sandi at every available opportunity.
