I’ve recently had my annual health check-ups and received such good news that I thought you’d like to hear the results.

About two years ago on my 60th birthday I had borderline high cholesterol, my bone density scans showed deterioration, and I was on medications for both. These are classic signs of aging that my mother suffered greatly from, so I decided it was time to take action. I started taking your yoga class once a week, began focusing on getting more exercise (I’m a travel writer and spend a lot of time sitting at my desk) and eating healthier foods. When you added another morning class mid-2010, I attended yoga two times a week whenever I could. Your strengthening classes are perfect for me, as I also wanted to improve my stamina, flexibility and balance, both physically and emotionally.

I’m really excited to report that this year’s health check-ups – two years after starting yoga classes – showed my cholesterol level was normal and there was no further bone deterioration, so my doctors advised me to drop both medications!

Thank you, thank you for your part – and yoga’s – in helping me become a healthier me. I realize having a foreigner in your class is extra work for you because you must teach in both Indonesian and English when I’m there. But we’ve both seen the improvements in my flexibility, stamina and strength (I’m still working on balance), and I hope those accomplishments are rewarding for you as a teacher.

Again, thank you, Mas Sandi. I look forward to another year of being your student.

Saya baru pertama kali ikut yoga di balance krn saya pendatang,pertama kali ikut yoga,sangat kaget krn dgn gerakan yg simple itu,keesokan hari ny badan sakit semua,maklum jarang bngt olah raga,stlh sering ikut badan sdh tdk sakit lagi,malahan tmbh fit dan sehat..maka ny ayo buruan ke balance MBS,jgn sampai ketinggalan....ntar nyesel loh...bubay..cucu..

Saya mengikuti Meditasi Bersama Reza Gunawan & Yoga Gembira bersama Yudhi Widyantoro. Asyik, Fun dan seru, kata kata keren lainnya seh, jadi makin ngerti pentingnya Yoga, Meditasi dll. Ngga nyesel ikutan acara2 kayak gini, ilmu nambah, temen juga nambah. :)

Saya mengikuti program Yoga For Slimming & Yoga Reguler. Tiga minggu pertama rasanya berat, tapi setelah itu meski masih banyak salah gerakan sudah bisa menikmati. Yoga For Slimming paket pertama dilanjutkan paket ke dua , ke tiga & akhirnya ikut reguler (paket 8 sesi 1 bulan) karena sekarang kalau ngga Yoga badan terasa aneh ( kangen Yoga). Sekarang paket Slimming sudah selesai & hasilnya menyenangkan & puas banget. Terimakasih untuk Mas Sandy, Ibu Lina & Mbak Vina atas bimbingan & arahannya. semoga semakin banyak yang latihan Yoga di Balance Mind Body Soul serta merasakan manfaatnya.
