A regular daily class with 2 different levels (Beginner and Intermediate), is designed to nurture the integration of mind, body, and soul. The charming blend of classical Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga approach brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to all class participants. We finish our class with 20 minutes of guided relaxation, which helps you to become aware of self, focus deeply within, into a complete state of inner peace and calm.
YOGA FOR WOMEN
A new, carefully designed class for women to nourish hormonal balance, maintain good posture, keep balanced weight, improve reproductive health, maintain beautiful and youthful skin, reduce stress and anxiety, and many other benefits for women's physical and mental health. Each class includes a sharing session to empower yourself inside out, and also healing session to help you to rejuvenate and harmonise your physical, emotional, and mental health.
SPECIAL CLASS FOR HEALTHY SPINE
An open level, specialized class designed to improve and maintain spinal health. With therapeutic approach and gentle adjustment, our experienced instructor will guide you to stretch and relax, reduce tension in stress-carrying muscles, build awareness of the spine, increase sense of balance and proper alignment, also connect with your own body and understand its limitations.
YOGA FOR SCOLIOSIS
A therapeutic yoga class for individual with scoliosis, a condition in which the spine curves to the left or right, creates a C or S-shaped curve. Our certified instructor will help you build awareness of the spine, strengthen the spine, also accept yourself and find your own optimal alignment, so you can manage scoliosis discomfort such as lower back pain and stiffness.
YOGA FOR GENTLE BIRTH
A special class is designed by an experienced and certified yoga teacher who is also trained in Childbirth Education and Hypnobirthing. A perfect combination of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga offers gentle flow sequence of movements and stretches to create a sense of well-being and prepare mother’s body for the birth of her baby. Each class also includes guided relaxation and meditation to connect and bond with the baby, reduce stress, and increase your physical and mental comfort. This class is suitable for 20 weeks of pregnancy.
Private yoga classes are available on request and can be arranged for one-on-one, couples or small groups. You will experience individual guidance and enjoy the benefits of a practice tailor-made to suit your own specific needs or injuries.
